About the event
This Christmas, VoA welcomes a very special guest star to their Christmas concert in Aarhus: American singer-songwriter Avi Kaplan, known around the world for his extraordinary bass voice and as a founding member of the Grammy Award-winning vocal group Pentatonix.
Kaplan will join VoA at “Dejlig Er Jorden – Christmas Concert with VoA feat. Avi Kaplan (US)”, taking place in the beautiful setting of Skt. Lukas Church in Aarhus. The collaboration brings together two musical worlds with a shared foundation: the human voice, close harmony and creating music together.
During the concert, Kaplan will perform several songs with VoA, including “Mary, Did You Know?”, a song closely associated with his years in Pentatonix, as well as a selection of songs from his own repertoire.
